【鎌倉】Hase Big Buddha 長谷大仏

Here comes the Big Buddha!!!

as you can see this place is one of the tourist spot

and you can get a lot souvenirs around the area 

Here is the path that leads you to the entrance

They are looking forward to make this place as

one of the world heritage like Fuji moutain

I just climb fuji mountain this week

so you all will have the post of my experience on top of Fuji mountain

This will be the entrance

and you will need to pay for the entrance fee

of 200yen

This place is not as big as you think

just a few walk and you can see the Big Budhha

It is one of the National Treasure of Japan

which is call

Kamakura Daibutsu
鎌倉大仏

There is a small entrance beside the Buddha

but you might need to pay 20yen for it

I never get to go in as

it is under renovation... sad!



There is a small garden behind the Buddha

where you can have a walk there



summer time of course we need Ice cream!!!!!!

In Japan

You must try Soft Cream!!!!

My Fav desert in Japan!

The France exchange student

cannot resist the soft cream too!!

On the way out

You will pass by a musical box shop

call the

Kamakura Orgel House
鎌倉オルゴール空

There is a lot very pretty musical box

Very suitable for a present to a girl

or maybe a proposal (^^,)

Next will be the last stop on Kamakura

which is the QuanYin Temple
