【鎌倉】Hase Big Buddha 長谷大仏

Here comes the Big Buddha!!!

as you can see this place is one of the tourist spot

and you can get a lot souvenirs around the area 

Here is the path that leads you to the entrance

They are looking forward to make this place as

one of the world heritage like Fuji moutain

I just climb fuji mountain this week

so you all will have the post of my experience on top of Fuji mountain

This will be the entrance

and you will need to pay for the entrance fee

of 200yen

This place is not as big as you think

just a few walk and you can see the Big Budhha

It is one of the National Treasure of Japan

which is call

Kamakura Daibutsu
鎌倉大仏

There is a small entrance beside the Buddha

but you might need to pay 20yen for it

I never get to go in as

it is under renovation... sad!



There is a small garden behind the Buddha

where you can have a walk there



summer time of course we need Ice cream!!!!!!

In Japan

You must try Soft Cream!!!!

My Fav desert in Japan!

The France exchange student

cannot resist the soft cream too!!

On the way out

You will pass by a musical box shop

call the

Kamakura Orgel House
鎌倉オルゴール空

There is a lot very pretty musical box

Very suitable for a present to a girl

or maybe a proposal (^^,)

Next will be the last stop on Kamakura

which is the QuanYin Temple

【鎌倉】 Hase 長谷

長谷

Few station away from kamakura

Where the famous BIG Buddha is

we will be taking the Enoden 江ノ電 train to Hase

the  railway road for the Enoden

The specialty of this train is

the building between this track is very near!!!!

while waiting

you might see some Tin tin style character

describing sight seeing in Kamakura

such as

to the temple!!

Hase beach!!

The station

This is the real train looks like (^^,)

There is this signboard

although all is written in Japanese

It means please do not feed the Pigeons

but I never saw a Pigeon at that area though

strange......

When we reach Hase

I found this weird sharp thingy on the railway

I wonder what that is for.....

Kamakura is still an old town

not much English word around i perhaps

you will see a signboard when you come out from the station

if you plan to go to the beach then turn LEFT

If going to the big Buddha then RIGHT

Big Buddha here we come!!!!!

This place makes me think of my hometown Penang

where there is Bat Feringgi

with all these stores

the most surprising thing we found out is

The automatic vending machine

is selling can food!!!!!!!!!

the food is

Oden!!!! Shoyu Noodle!!! Tonkotsu Noodle!!!!
おでん！！しょうゆラーメン！！とんこつラーメン！！

ちょっとびっくり！！

unbelievable!!!

There is baked apple in cans too!!!

wow......

I wonder how is the taste is...

dare not try though...

hahahaha

after few minutes walk

the sign Big Buddha 1 minute walk more!!!!

【Nail】colorful white kitty

Nail of the week!!!!

Colorful white kitty

I know the name sounds confusing though

This time I draw my fav kitty cartoon

Not hello kitty though haha

Here is what I drew 

Now here starts the work

First with the base

Colorful background with 5 different colors

Makes it look cheerful in the summer (^○^)

I used these colors

I got my thumbs with kitty face

Cheerful all the time!!

It always takes me hours to draw on my right hand with my left hand

It is so hard!!!!

I hope there is a designer that draw for me every time....

But I do not have so much money to do that though..

It will cost you 4000-10000yen to draw 1 time.... Pricey... (＞人＜;)

I got the whole set at around 8000yen and I have been drawing with it for few months... 

Well I enjoying drawing though （≧∇≦）

【埼玉】Honda Saitama Factory

Field trip to one of the famous

Japanese Car Factory

HONDA

 

Saitama Factory

Saitama is located above Tokyo

need 1-2hours

This is Honda stream series

There is also Honda Bike

but the bike in Japan 

are mostly 250cc bike or racing bike

There is also some exhibition 

of the team they support in the sports

Well

it is again confidential to take photo

of the factory inside

where the cars is being built

But what I can say is 

it is dam COOL!!!!

because

half of the output of the cars

is being built by 

ROBOTS!!!

Big robot hands that have the size of 3 floor building

(I perhaps)

It is dam huge!

and the speed of course is accurate and faster than human

I keep look at the robot assembly session!!

Not only Honda using this industrial robot

Suzuki, Toyota......

Most of the factory now

is using robot for assembly

very proud and thankful for this cool technology!!!

during the weekends

This curry is not the curry

we used to eat though

the soup is very clear

and it is very nice to drink
