But it is advisable to book before going as it always full though.... haha.......
Lately I am redecorating my whole house....!

☆☆FIRST☆☆

will be my TOILET!!!!

I forget to take a photo before decoration photo (sorry......!)

My toilet only have "a small storage" above just to keep toilet paper....

The position is a bit "HIGH" for me to reach every time I need to refill the toilet paper (=.=)

so I wanted a lower storage PLUS a small corner to make the toilet more lively (^^, )

So FIRSTLY

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

To make the extra storage and corner

And make it more convenient and left no hole on the wall

We use adjustable pole rather than nails....

(All the item can get it at 100 yen shop)

Things needed:

① Curtain Lace カーテンレース (x 3)

② Metal net 鉄製ネット (x 2)

③ Adjustable pole 突っ張り棒 (x 6)

④ Wire/String ひも (Recycle back the wire that comes with the adjustable pole)

⑤ Cardboard 段ボール/カードボード (recycle back the delivery box's cardboard)

⑥ Scissor はさみ

Total expenses (105yen x 11) 1165yen

★★HOW TO MAKE★★

First get 2 Adjustable pole and adjust it from wall to wall

Then place the metal net on top of it

Then use the wire to fasten it up

The steps above will creates a base for the storage

Then place the cardboard on top of the metal net to create a stable and flat surface

The outcome shown below

↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

☆☆STORAGE PART☆☆

After getting the base

I would need some "curtain" to hide the stuff

So I get the lace put through the adjustable pole

Then place right in front of the  storage and act as a "curtain"

The outcome shown below

↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

(above) the curtain
(below) laces under the metal to cover the toilet papers

☆☆DECO CORNER PART☆☆

Here I wanna get myself a deco corner to put some cute stuff on it

This corner will not have to get a curtain

But I would like to have a cute table cloth (^^,) woo hoo....!!

Things needed:
① Flowery cloth ぬの (x 1)
② Lace レース (x 1)
③ Curtain Lace カーテンレース (x 1)
④ Sewing Kit 縫うキット

Total expenses (105yen x 3) 315yen

The flowery cloth as the main base

Then the curtain lace and the lace at the edge

Then sew it all together (you can use glue if you want ^^)

The outcome will be

I love it!!!! It is so cute!!!!!

The full picture of the storage part of my toilet will be like

(T ^ T)

I have finished my job hunting and I wanna share it

as

It is so suffering but I do really learned a lot..

Job hunting in Japan is very long process......

it took me up to 7 months.... (dam...) (0.0)!!ouch....!

Normally in Japan you will need to seek for a job 1 year before
you graduate from Master or Bachelor course

AND they have set the date (for most of the companies) to start job hunting

which is December 1st

most of the companies will start to let students apply to their website and
start to collect data such as entry sheet etc...

On Dec 1st.. all the portal will be open and the scene would be like
Hungry ghost fighting for chances!!!

And guess what...

Dec 1st, 12am when the portal open
Job hunting sites such as Rikunabi and Mynabi's server crashed down due to over heavy traffic.... LOL

★★BUT★★
For consulting firm
like BCG, Works application, McKinsey,  Sigmaxyz.. etc
The process starts early... in July/August....

For IT firm
like DeNA, GREE,... etc
starts Oct onwards or mayb eralier.....

Some of the Foreign companies do starts early though....

So it really depends on the company to follow the "Rules" that set by the LAW that
Starts
① Entry to the company to get info on Dec 1st
② Start Interview Apr 1st onwards

★★So★★
April is a peak month for interview

wearing a suit everyday and watching students wearing white shirt and black suit

is like a normal scene from December to April

(I am one of them)

I am going to send my suits for cleaning soon......

★★PROCESS of Job Hunting★★

(You will need to decide to apply through yourself or through school recommendation)

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★
Below is the process of the application by own self

"Entry"
to the company to get info
          ↓

Fill up all your details
(So that they can contact you and act as resume)
           ↓

Attend seminar
(To get to know more bout the company and get info for the process of applying to the company.. Some company require to attend some no)
          ↓

Entry Sheet
(Write 200-600 words for each question bout the reason you choose the company, what have you work hard on your student life, what is your dream... etc.... it depends on company...)
(Cisco asked me wrote 1200 words on how you could change the society by applying the power of network to the society... of course all THESE Entry Sheet is all in JAPANESE )
I would be thankful IF I can write all in English

(Another thing is some companies require HANDWRITING)
          ↓

Test (Maths, Japanese, IQ, Personality)
of course all of these is in JAPANESE
some of the companies do provide English, Chinese and Korean
But...... LESS
I took my test in English at Fujitsu and Asahi Glass.....

          ↓

Document Screening
(They will see through the Entry Sheet and the test scores and your personality through the test.... They will send you an email or call you up for interview IF you pass)
          ↓

(From here the times of Interview is vary from companies.. 2-4 times...)

Of course all Interview will be in JAPANESE
          ↓

Group Discussion
(To test that whether you can work with other people and are you able to provide your own idea or comments.. Try not to be the leader or not to be the coward.. just be friendly.. haha)
(A group consists 5-7 people and will be given a topic to discuss and provide a solution then present to the interviewer... Some companies do not have this steps)

OR

Group Interview
(2-4 people will enter the room same time and answer the question asked 1 by 1.. I hate this part cos I NEVER pass this session)
          ↓

First interview
(Interview with the Human resource.... 30 mins to 60 mins.. depends.. )
(You will need to bring your Resume, University result for Master and Bachelor, Degree certs)
          ↓

Second interview
(Interview with the Group Leader or Department Leader)
          ↓

Last interview
(Interview with the Boss or Manager)
          ↓
Nai-Naitei (Job offer)
(You will get job offer and being called by the human resource on the same day of your last interview or the next day... For me I usually get it at the same day)

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

My statistic

★ Applied 47 companies (crazy me...)

★ Wrote 31 Entry Sheet (All in Japanese... I shocked to see this number)

★ Handwritten 20 Resume (All in Japanese)

★ Attended 8 Group Discussion (Failed one... sucks!)

★ Attended 11 Last Interview (rejected one last interview.. So total I got 12)

★ Got 4 Job offer

(Will write more detail later)

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

You will never expect what will you get in the end...
やらないと結果が分からないから...

My decision is.....
