It's baking time!!!!!

I always craving for banana cakes
After I arrive Japan

As there is no banana cake on sales!!!

So I decided to make banana cake 

After I search through the Internet for recepi and I found a recepi without using butter

It sounds non oily and healthy 
(I think)

So I decided to try it

Another good thing to make banana cake is 

You can get rid of your ripe banana!!

The ingredients are

A Ripe banana, 60g flour, 40g sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla essence 

熟したバナナ、60g 小麦粉、40g砂糖、卵2個、バニラエッセンス

First 

You need to divide the egg white and yolk separately 

「卵白」の「黄身」を分ける

☆☆☆☆☆

Then

Now pill of the banana skin and insert it into a bowl smash the banana 

バナナの皮を抜いてからボウルに入れて
バナナをつぶす

Then 
Insert the egg yolk into the bowl and mix all up

黄身をボウルに入れてミックス


Then the egg white part 

blend it with a electrical mixer 
(or you can use your hand to beat it with a mixer but it will takes up ages)

until the egg white become sticky bubble

ミクサーで卵白をメレンゲに


Then 

insert the flour and sugar and 

mix all together

小麦粉と砂糖を入れて混ぜる


Then insert the egg white sticky bubble into the mixture

メレンゲを入れる


Then lastly pour the mixture into a mole with cooking sheet
(to avoid the mixture stick to the mole after baked)

ミックスしたものをクッキングシートが敷いた模様に入れる


Lastly!!!!

prepare your oven/microwave oven with 

170 degree with pre heating

and bake for 35minuts

最後に

オーブンレンジを170度に設定して(予熱あり)

35分焼く


Finally you will get 

it should be a banana cake 

but there is no butter in it and it taste more like bread

so 

I named it 

Banana bread 
instead of banana cake

If you want it to be more fluffy 

You may insert baking powder

If you want it more volume

add in another banana 
(the photo below....I used 2 banana and I get my bread more "wet")


I tried with 1 banana before and 

it comes out very fluffy

So by using 1 banana is 

recommended (^^,)
