It is located @
This is how the shops look like
This photo I get from the website
The photo is taken before the shops open
When I was walking around Shibuya
I was wondering why so much people queuing up
Of course it will attract my attention to it!!!
Then I see the tart looks tasty and
about the price
I look at it for a few moment
as it is very cheap!!!!!
So I decided to QUEUE
I queue up for 90 minutes
to get a cheese tart
(0.0!)
while you are queuing
you can enjoy watching
the process of making the cheese tart
this is where they stir the cheese
after that the cheese will be
pour into the
biscuit base
Lastly
flattened the surface and
wipe on syrup on top on the surface
After 90 minutes of waiting
I finally got it!!!!!!!
well in the photo looks very small but
it is 15cm wide!!!!
you can see the cheese is so soft!!!!
well this is cheese tart not cheese cake
so the cheese is not that thick
The taste is creamy cheese
ふわふわ!!
You can try it hot (means just after you get from the shop fresh baked)
or
try it after you fridge it become cold
I really love this cheese tart
must try!!!!!!
This is my second try at Pablo
with the
Premium Cheese Tart
@¥1500
The surface is roasted with brown sugar
and it taste like creme brulee!!!!!
double the price of the normal cheese tart
but
the cheese portion is thicker though
Nice!!!
Palo Cheese tart is
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!
For those who love deserts
or cheese
Please try!!
you will never regret queuing for that!!
