Trip to
Kamakura 鎌倉
a old town of Japan
that full of historical sights
It is located far way down of Tokyo
in kanagawa prefecture
It will takes 90-120 minutes from Tokyo
by train JR Yokosuka Line
After a long train from Tokyo
★★Welcome to Kamakura★★
When you reach Kamakura Station
out from east exit
you will see a big temple gate on your left
take the direction from there
and here my journey starts!!!

Well this is nothing about Kamakura
This is just about the craziness of Japanese
Those Japanese (some dog lovers)
get a baby car which is not for baby
but is specially for dogs!!!!!!!
This is a common scene if you come visit Japan
The dogs are way too good to have a life
Dog car, fashion, saloon..... etc
This is one of the Dogs I seen during my journey

cool right?!
Now the journey starts!! (again)
After turn in from the big temple gate
There starts the Shopping Town
There is a Gibhli Shop
A famous animation such as Totoro, Ponyo... etc
a lot of Gibhli goods selling inside
although Kamakura is nothing to do with Gibhli though
Gibhli Museum is actually at 吉祥寺 Kichijouji
Various Potty of Totoro
I hope I have the money to buy all for my garden
haha
The environment looks like this
looks more European style I perhaps
Not so Japanese
★★Introducing some interesting Japanese Snack★★
Japanese cracker
This is my first time to try wet rice cracker
call Nuresen ぬれせん
and also
Local Squid Cracker
江ノ島たこせん
(This one bit expensive though)
other than that
there are varies of
Japanese Rice Dumpling
団子（だんご）
one of the Japanese traditional snack (^^,)
There is local cider
call kamakura cider
鎌倉サイダー
I never try it though
as it is a bit pricey (>.<)!!
There is a fashionable crepe shop
feels so "forest"
eco eco!!!!
Crepe is a desert you can find in everywhere of Japan
I love this desert
no photo for it now.. but later i will upload (^^,)
There is a lot of fancy shops
Well I realize there is a lot of umbrella shops
and the latest umbrella fashion is
you will get designs and patterns on top of the umbrella when
it gets wet
I kinda love this kitty design!! Meow!!
It cost ￥1050 though....
hmmm... reasonable price....
(normal price for good umbrella)
There is one fashionable signboard
we discovered
and we decide to have a peek
It written shirt so it attracts the guys interest
The building looks very fashionable as well
but when they was about to enter the door
all the shirts are for girls!!!!!
hahaha......!!
There are also tropical style fashion and goods shops
This will be almost the end of the shopping town
If you all are interested
you may join the trishaw ride
Kamakura is a nice place to experience
the historical Japan
as it is not as crowded as Tokyo!!
Next stop
The biggest shrine in kamakura!!!!
