【両国】 Tokyo Edo Museum - Tokyo Zone

My scholarship field trip to 

Tokyo Edo Museum

江戸東京博物館

The continue version from the Edo zone

Here will be the 

Tokyo Zone

東京ゾーン

This zone starts at the conversion from the Edo Era to the Tokyo Era

The European and American influences that 

first started the Meiji Era can be seen

Then, the effects of WWII (World War 2)

and the reconstruction period that 

occurred after the war can be learned about

so now

say goodbye to Edo Era!!!!!!!

This view actually can be viewed from nihonbashi

you can see that the atmosphere is more westernized

This view is actually on the floor 
(the floor is being build with transparent tile)

There will be performance session

where the performer is not human though

those replica and modeling will be performing

seems interesting right!!!!

well actually I love this session 

there will be a tour guide to explain the history to us while 

they are performing

cool!!!!

Performing seems weird word right

For example 

The door of the House model will open 

and inside there is a lot 

people that will move 

and there will be music too!!!

These are the building modeling

The door of this building will open and 

a lot small figure will be dancing inside

Please do not miss out the performance!!!!!!!!

As you can see the Tokyo zone has convert into

the scenery that we used to see in our daily life

Here comes the black square car

instead of the human leg car LOL

There is a lot of replica of the items that is used or left 

after the World War 2

such as the missile, building, .....etc.

See the damaged stuff from World War 2

I am lucky to live in a world without war

well maybe in my past life I was in that suffering period

But that was past!!!!!

I am very thankful now

There is English word in Tokyo Zone (o.0)!!!

The influence of European and American!

and till now

The Japanese can read 
(most of the educated one)

but hardly can speak 
(except those went overseas for studies)

Their grammar and writing skill is good though 
(of course those in the Good Universities)

But

Nowadays

The younger generation 

starts to learn English from young (i mean in speaking)

and

The government is doing "something" to change the education system too

One good thing for the foreigners is

Tokyo and most of the tourist spot is now 

written in Japanese, English and maybe Chinese or Korean

So Now Japan is going globalize now!!! 

No worry for traveling in Japan (^^,)

The truck we are still using now

Lastly

The human leg car

that used to be carried by 2 or 4 person 

has evolve to 1 driver

and being called as the 

Trishaw
人力車（じんりきしゃ）

and now this culture is still alive

and you  can experienced it at 

Asakusa Tokyo
浅草
