【Job】Microsoft Naitei Party

日本マイクロソフト内々定者懇親会

There was a Naitei (job offer) party @ Microsoft Japan few days ago

The total new recruit employees are 21 person

 ( include Microsoft Development ) 

Previously during the seminar they target to recruit 30 person

Think back the process of the recruiting 

It has 4900+ applications

Which they choose from the document screening and 

test and left 1400 candidates 

Then these 1400 candidates go through group discussion and 

again through screening and left 72 candidates!!!

This is a BIG decrease though!!!!

Then for the 72 candidates will have to go through Human Resource interview and 

the candidates should be cut down into half

For third and fourth interview

The interview is base on job position 

The candidates that able to survive all interviews and 

passed left 12 person

Means a job position only choose 2 person 

( shocked to found out bout this )

What a survival game huh

But I survive!!!!!! 

Thank god!!!!! 

Thank my parents giving me such a good brain

 ( self praising haha )!!!! 

Thank for all the good chances that being given for.... 

Entering Microsoft is like.....

OMG?! Microsoft?! Crazy!!! Bill gates!!! Office?!! Windows?!! 

Then 

There will be question such as

Why not apple?? LOL

Well I am very happy with my decision and my hard work

Well after the long story 

Here comes the party!!!! ( is a bit formal though)

It is located at the Head quater
@ Shinagawa

We start a short brief and everyone's introduction 

The atmosphere was very free... Everyone laugh and shout and claps 

Really have the non-Japanese company feel

What a coincidence incident happened

The group that I was sitting with 

A girl is a friend from another girl I met in NTT Docomo party (o.0)!

Then she was asking me..."Are you...?"

☆☆☆☆

Then

The girl sitting next to me..

I found out that she was the girl I met at Fujitsu first interview

We was waiting outside the door together and 

coincidentally ended together and 

walk together to the station

We have a lovely chat at that time but

Never thought we would meet again!!

What a coincidence

I should call it fate!!!

Then we have a tour around the office

The office is awesome!!! I start to love my work place!!
Is so cool!! Xbox free space... Free Drink bar... 

One of the place I love most is the cafe!!!!!

So cool!!! Can't be describe with words...

The food looks healthy (^^,)

Lunch is treated at the cafe

I ordered Tomato grilled chicken

I am so satisfied!!

Then head back to the seminar room 

And have a contact exchanging session

Then 

The Human Resource (HR) passed us present ( omg!!! so happy!!! )

And I got 

Japanese fan, small pouch, ball pen, note book, 

book written by Microsoft Japan President

Everything has Microsoft logo on it

And the most high tension part is

When I open the book 

It has...........

My name on it written by the 

President with his signature on it!!!!!!!!

He is so cool!!!!!!!! I am so impressed..!!

After the party finished 

We took a group photo in front of the office 

 Of course after that we have some drink nearby and continue our party (^^,)

Looking forward again to our next gathering!!!

The Official Naitei Ceremony on Oct!!

I will getting my offer letter on that day!!

Yeah!!
